Dr. İlhan Sami Özulu is currently celebrating his 34nd year anniversary in professional music business and 42 years in music education since he began his studies at Istanbul Municipal Conservatory of Music (later University of Istanbul School of Music) in 1966. He was born and raised in İstanbul, and moved to the United States in 1992.
